The Sammy D Foundation—a leading South Australian youth charity—was facing a critical hurdle in their mission to build safer communities. Their donor relationships and program delivery metrics were scattered across multiple disjointed platforms. This fragmentation led to:

  • Fragmented Engagement: Donor data was siloed across their website, email platforms, and legacy systems.

The Solution

Zenyus has been managing a strategic Managed Services engagement to transform their digital operations into a unified ecosystem, leveraging Salesforce NPSP as the core engine.

  1. Security and Org Cleanup: After taking over the org, we performed a comprehensive security and org cleanup to ensure the foundation was on a solid foundation.
  2. Website Relaunch Leadership: We did full website setup for their new website and launched it successfully in Nov 2025.
  3. Complex Website & Salesforce Integration: We architected a sophisticated link enabling real-time capture of one-off and recurring donations.
  4. Marketing Automation (Brevo): Delivered end to end a new integration with a robust sync with of Saleforce data with Brevo to deliver personalized communications based on donor behavior.
  5. Continuous Optimisation: Ongoing refinement of data models and automated workflows to support their expanding reach.
