Seniors Rights Service has been supporting older people in NSW for over a decade. However, their legacy Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) implementation had become a significant bottleneck. Over-customisation and fragmented data were directly impacting their ability to deliver effective advocacy when it mattered most.
Led by our founder, a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), we executed a comprehensive strategic transformation in just 4-5 months—a remarkable timeline for a migration of this magnitude.
We designed a single view of customers with a complete history of enquiries, relationships with organisations, life events, and outcome measurements. This shift from fragmented records to a holistic view has been transformational for the advocacy team.
Using the NPC Discovery Framework, we implemented tailored assessments and care plans that align exactly with how advocates work in the field, reducing administrative friction.
We implemented automated capture and routing with OPAN integration for faster triage. This ensures that every enquiry is directed to the right expert immediately.
As part of the migration, we reviewed 1.5+ million records and successfully moved 500,000+ records and 10,000+ files to the new NPC structure with zero data loss.
During the process, we utilised our proprietary Salesforce Files Migrator to ensure file relationships remained intact, exceeding all data integrity expectations.
