The Challenge

Seniors Rights Service has been supporting older people in NSW for 13 years, but their legacy Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) implementation had become a bottleneck. Over-customisation and fragmented data were directly impacting their ability to deliver effective advocacy.

Meticulous Data Migration: As part of the data migration, we reviewed 1.5+ million records across multiple objects and successfully migrated 500,000+ records and 10,000+ files to the new NPC structure with zero data loss.
