CF Queensland's membership onboarding relied entirely on manual staff intervention — Onboarding of prospective members would take upto 24 hours before their enrolment.

Every new membership submission triggered a chain of manual steps: a staff member would receive an email notification, then individually create the contact, account, and membership records in Salesforce, set up the Opportunity, and finally process the payment by hand.

The Bottlenecks:
