Last month our Founder & CEO - Gourav Sood was a co-host on the April 2026 ANZ Nonprofit Ask Me Anything session - part of the global Salesforce Nonprofit Community series. The session covered a lot of ground relevant to Australian nonprofits right now.
Key Highlights
🤖 TDX highlights — Headless 360 (seamless AI-to-human handoffs) and Agentforce Vibes 2.0 (build apps, flows, and objects with AI assistance) were the standout announcements.
💸 Cost and capacity are still the #1 barrier - especially for smaller nonprofits trying to evaluate Agentforce adoption. Unknown consumption costs and limited internal bandwidth came up repeatedly.
🛠️ Out-of-the-box NPC agents — Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud has ready-to-use agents (including a Donor Agent) that are a practical starting point for orgs not yet ready to build custom.
🧠 AI tools in the wild - the group shared what they're actually using day-to-day: Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT for SOQL; Claude for financial analysis and deeper reasoning. The human in the loop remains essential.
