Highlights

  • TDX highlights — Headless 360 (seamless AI-to-human handoffs) and Agentforce Vibes 2.0 (build apps, flows, and objects with AI assistance) were the standout announcements.
  • Cost and capacity are still the #1 barrier — especially for smaller nonprofits trying to evaluate Agentforce adoption. Unknown consumption costs and limited internal bandwidth came up repeatedly.
  • Out-of-the-box NPC agents — Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud has ready-to-use agents (including a Donor Agent) that are a practical starting point for orgs not yet ready to build custom.
  • AI tools in the wild — the group shared what they're actually using day-to-day: Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT for SOQL; Claude for financial analysis and deeper reasoning. The human in the loop remains essential.
